  “This car wash is under new ownership since I think October. I met the owner and several other individuals when I have been inside to wait on my oil to be changed. They are very friendly and open to talking to me about my ideas and comments. The lube bay did a great job on my oil change and got me in and out quickly! Also the car wash here is hands down the best wash in Sevierville. You can easily tell by how clean the car comes out. Zippys down the street always leaves dirt and missed places behind.”

  “I have never used this company's car wash or oil change service, but today, 3/7, I got some much appreciated help from two workers. I locked my keys in my truck, and walked over to the business from the ORNL plaza next door looking for a slim jim or a coat hanger. Not only did I get a hanger, but a tall black man with braids walked me to my truck and tried to open it. After many, many attempts, he went and got another older white gentlemen to help. That man had some old keys and one of them worked on my old truck. I tried to pay them, and was told that God provided. I want to send out a huge thank you to both men for their help. It was so much appreciated.”

  “I went in for a wash and lube. I have used this service for 2 years now and have determined that I have made the same mistake repeatedly. I ask that my mileage be reset for 6000 miles. They repeatedly set the sticker and my car for 3000 miles. This occurred 6 of 8 visits. The final visit is the result of there car wash (which is usually down for repair). I ask for a complete service, the attendant took my Credit card and pressed the buttons for processing and I proceeded through the car wash (which stopped for a couple of minutes). then I proceeded to the detail area to thave the car dried and detailed. After waiting 30 minutes I ask why the other 3 cars were being detailed before mine. No answer from the manager. After wasting an hour for something I should have recieved. I left and will not return.”

  Asked for fuel filter change got $72 oil change I did not need

  “I asked them to change the fuel filter only. After paying $72 and having problems going home to South Carolina I figured out that they had not changed the fuel filter. I called and talked to a manager who would not give me a refund but he did offer to change the fuel filter if I came back. It would be about a 450 round trip for me to take him up on his offer.”
