  “A rental Rv with water based paint spilled on the interior pulls into a self serve bay. owner/manager Jeff Smith came out yelling that our truck was too dirty for his car wash. He pointed at our flourescent stained jeans and muttered fags and then told us to get out of there because we aren't welcome at a business he cares so much about. I am submitting this report along with the verbal accounts of 3 others who were on scene and a small video we have of the irate behavior and intimidation tactics. How dirty is too dirty to use your hose exactly? Your establishment also refused to give us the 4.00 that we had put into the machine...
  
  I will be taking this up with the better business bureau as it effected the RV. I will also be posting to as many review boards as possible so that I may steer away as much overly dirty vehicles from your car wash.
  
  It is my hope that you understand money is green and water based paint is water based. You ended up costing me a 500 dollar rental deposit because a paint can fell and your car wash was not up to the task of rinsing out a water based orange pigment....
  
  But, I am rambling. Whats done is done. I learned from this experience never to go to your store. I can only hope that you learn from this experience also. - Dannyq”
