  “I paid $11 for the Big Bang Car Wash I have my receipt in the door would not open so I could get my car washed. I called the number and nobody answered it just rang and rang”

  “The machine did not give me my refund back. I keep leaving messages on the answering machine and no one will call me back. I have my receipt that shows dispense error and to call attendant. It would help if there was actually someone that would answer the phone!!! Wouldn't recommend going there due to customer service.”
