Friday September 19 at about 9:00 AM I pulled in the bay next to the Dollar Store, removed wand, put my credit card in and the hose was broken and sprayed me with water. I pushed button for stop credit card. Moved to the middle bay. there was no soap in the wand. I went ahead and rinsed my car and pushed button to stop credit card charges The amount read $2.58. Today you took out $10.00 if my account . No one will answer the number you have on your web page. I would like to get my money back
